1 Terms of Service
By using T4 (Discord bot ID: 395274201881247745) or purchasing premium features, you agree to these terms. T4 is operated by TIBI4 SpA (RUT 78.243.497-7), a company registered in Chile with address at Avenida Providencia N° 1208, Oficina 207, Providencia, Región Metropolitana.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use T4 or add it to your server. If you invite T4 to a Discord server you manage, you are responsible for informing your members about these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be announced in the T4 support server. Continued use of T4 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
What T4 Is
T4 is a Discord bot that lets servers create and assign custom badges to their members. A free tier is available to all servers. Premium access unlocks higher limits and can be purchased as a one-time payment for a fixed time period or as a recurring subscription, depending on the options available at the time of purchase.
Purchases & Payments
Premium purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record and authorized reseller on behalf of TIBI4 SpA. Your right to use T4 premium features is licensed to you by TIBI4 SpA under these terms.
Prices displayed are final — they include all applicable taxes and fees. You will not be charged more than the listed price at checkout.
Availability
- T4 is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that any feature will remain unchanged.
- Premium features may be modified, added, or removed at any time. If a premium feature you specifically paid for is removed, see our Refund Policy.
- We may revoke access to T4 — entirely or partially, for any or all users — at any time, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.
Your Data & Content
- Badge images and other content you upload to T4 remain your property. By uploading, you grant TIBI4 SpA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and serve that content as part of the T4 bot commands and to feature it on the T4 website for promotional purposes (e.g., showcasing badge examples). We will not use your content for any other purpose.
- User data is non-transferable between Discord accounts.
Acceptable Use
You may not use T4 to violate Discord's Terms of Service, any applicable law, or any third party's rights. This includes but is not limited to uploading infringing, illegal, or harmful content as badge images.
If you find people or communities using T4 for abusive or illegal purposes, please report it to [email protected].
Limitation of Liability
T4 is provided as a convenience and without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TIBI4 SpA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of T4, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or service interruptions. If you paid for premium features, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim, or $150 USD, whichever is less.

2 Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data T4 collects, how it's used, and your rights regarding that data. By using T4, you agree to this policy.
What We Collect
T4 stores the following data from Discord:
- Guild (server) IDs — to associate badges with the correct server.
- User IDs — to associate badges with the correct member.
- Images you upload — badge images sent through T4's slash commands.
- Server settings — your configuration preferences for T4 (language, toggles, etc.).
We do not collect message content, voice data, or any information from channels where T4 is not explicitly invoked.
Payment Data
We do not collect, store, or process your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). All payment data is handled by our third-party payment provider. We receive only what is needed to activate your premium access: confirmation of payment and your email address.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the T4 service (creating, storing, and displaying badges).
- To activate and manage premium features linked to your purchase.
- To translate bot messages into your server's language (via Google Cloud Translate — only the text to translate is sent, with no user-identifying information).
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your server's data is retained for as long as T4 is active in your server. If a server is inactive for 21 days (no commands used), T4 will automatically leave and notify the server. Server data is kept for 7 more days as a grace period — you can re-invite T4 during this time and pick up where you left off. After 28 days of total inactivity, all server data (badges, settings) is permanently deleted. Badge image files are removed within 30 days after that.

Third Parties
This policy covers only data collected by T4 and TIBI4 SpA. It does not cover data collected by Discord, our payment provider, or any other third-party service, each of which operates under its own privacy policy.
3 Refund Policy
T4 premium is a digital product. It may be purchased as a one-time payment or as a recurring subscription, depending on the options available at the time of purchase.
Requesting a Refund
You may request a refund by emailing [email protected]. Include your Discord username and approximate purchase date. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 72 hours.
Refund Windows
- One-time purchases: You may request a full refund within 10 days of purchase.
- Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your most recent renewal. You can also cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
When We Grant Refunds
A refund may be issued if:
- You are within the applicable refund window (10 days for one-time, 30 days for subscriptions).
- You have not violated our Terms of Service, Discord's Terms of Service, or the terms of the payment provider used at checkout.
- A premium feature you specifically purchased for was removed from the service.
- A technical issue on our end prevented you from using the premium features you paid for, and we were unable to resolve it.
When We May Decline a Refund
- The request is made outside the applicable refund window.
- The premium features were substantially used during the refund period (e.g., badges created, limits consumed).
- Your access was revoked due to a violation of these Terms of Service.
Refund Amount
Refunds are for the full purchase amount. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds.
Disputes
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We're a small team and want to resolve things directly — a chargeback is costly for both sides and is usually slower than just emailing us.
